Return and Exchange Policies

If you place an order and later decide you no longer need it, please note that cancellations are not possible once the order has been processed. Additionally, once the product has been shipped, it cannot be returned. Using the product and then attempting to return it is also not permitted.

For orders placed for specific events, such as birthdays or special occasions, returns will not be accepted if the product is no longer needed. Similarly, items ordered as gifts for a significant other cannot be returned, even in the event of a breakup.

Return Policy:

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged (e.g., broken or torn).
  • There is a size issue.

Important: In these cases, please take a video of the package before opening it to clearly document any discrepancies. This will help us process your return efficiently.

Exchange Policy for Incorrect Sizes:

If you receive an item in the wrong size, kindly contact our customer service department within three days of delivery. Please provide clear photographs of the product for verification. Once validated, you may be eligible for an exchange or return (terms and conditions apply).

Refunds for Damaged Products:

In cases of product damage, refunds will be processed within 20 days after proper images are submitted. Transparency is important to us, and we request your cooperation in ensuring all necessary details are provided.

Amendments and Exchange Limits:

  • Changes to size, color, or measurements of an order cannot be made once the order is placed.
  • Exchanges are limited to two similar products only.

  • If you cancel your order within 3 days of confirmation, a cancellation fee of 25% of the product price will be applied.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of confirmation will incur a fee of 45% of the product price.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled if more than 7 days have passed since confirmation.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a product that was damaged during delivery, please send us clear pictures of the item within **24 hours** of receiving it.

Delivery Delays:

If you do not receive your order within **20 working days** of placing it, we will issue a full refund. For the express shipping option, if the package has not been shipped, customers may request a refund after **6 working days** from the expected shipment date.

Credit Card Purchases

If you need to make changes to an order paid for using a credit card, please notify us via email within **24 hours**.
For orders placed on behalf of someone else: The cardholder may cancel such orders within 48 hours of placing the order. However, once the product is delivered, any disputes between the cardholder and the recipient must be resolved between the two parties. Black Leather Jacket Era will not be held responsible for such instances. Please note that our 30-day return policy will still apply.
