Our jackets typically take 7-9 working days to ship after you place your order with us. If, after our delivery guarantee period begins, the courier is unable to locate your shipment or provide an estimated delivery time, our delivery guarantee will be applied.

Our express shipping partners, DHL and FedEx, ensure reliable delivery of consignments to all corners of the globe. Customers can also track their shipments at every stage, and your parcel will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

If you are unable to receive your package, you may authorize someone else to sign for it. In case no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a note with a phone number and the necessary consignment details for rescheduling the delivery. Please note that, as per our policy, we currently do not deliver to post office boxes.

If your shipment is lost or cannot be traced, we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement shipment. In case of a delivery delay, please contact our delivery team via email. They will gladly provide you with the courier tracking number and other details to help you check the status of your delivery.
